Commercial terms

Upfront contribution: quoted individually. Revenue share: custom revenue share, based on the customization, your upfront contribution, and the agreed deployment scope.

Revenue share for a Custom Partnership is quoted individually. A higher share can be discussed as part of the overall arrangement; customization on its own does not guarantee a higher share.
